Our lives are full of change; sometimes we initiate the change, other times it’s handed to us and we are required to take it on.

How can change be an opportunity rather than an obligation?

Coaching is a dynamic process —a conversation and a contract between ‘client’ and ‘coach’; between you and me. The coaching container helps us to clarify the internal transition we are making in order to effect the external change. It creates accountability and security as we move into unfamiliar territory and it offers perspective as we navigate far-reaching decisions.

As a coach, I provide guided, dedicated focus. As client, you agree to cultivate awareness and to trust in the process and yourself.

We define what motivates you, and what matters to you.

We acknowledge the obstacles; we practice resilience.

We capture energy and we move with it!

I invite you to a short term coaching alliance with me, in service of the long term relationship you have with yourself.

  • I always look forward to our sessions and enjoy the consistency. I feel extremely supported and understood because of your warm and professional approach. I like the accountability, guidance, and re-focusing. I like it when I gain new perspective which happens quite often. I don’t have any hesitations and I feel very free in my vulnerability. I experience this space as safe and I appreciate it when I’m questioned as well.

I make strides forward with your guidance and I’m also learning that change, shift and growth in the entrepreneurial world are a long process and when I feel like I haven’t made progress I am reminded of all the steps I have achieved that might not be visible but are important building blocks. It’s quite a lot of “falling and getting up again”. But with coaching these experiences are made more understandable and necessary, which makes them less scary and interruptive.

I always leave energized, focused and inspired.

  • I appreciate your nurturing and creative approach and I enjoy how you challenge me. Working with you has helped me gain confidence to ask for what I want. It's also good to note the passage of time [over the course of multiple sessions] and how it influences my decisions.

  • Working with a coach is having someone by my side while approaching hard or frightening problems. During a session, I notice how I feel while I talk through a challenge but I'm not spending my time trying to find out why I have those feelings. I'm thinking about alternate perspectives or pathways to get through the challenge, which miraculously loosens the grip of the fear or unwillingness.
